We believe that Information and Communication Technology: ICT-skills empowers people and accellerates development. ICT therefore has the potential of increasing the gap between the rich and the poor: those who have access to ICT and those who do not. But, ICT also has the potential of closing that gap.
This website wants to help people from rural and poor communities to improve their ICT skills and apply those skills to improve their lives and achieve, whatever they want:
- a college or university degree
- more profit from your business or more yields from your fields.
- bringing up your children safely and full of health...

Here is an example of how knowledge can be spread via ICT. It is important to wash hands regularly to prevent diseases.
